New table and restriction for contactform 7

we are using contactform7 for our website .But now we have a new requirement . Please tell ho to do this
how to store fields in the database ?
For example in the form there is phone , email . I need to store this in a new table .
How to restrict sending emails based on this . For example if [email protected] already send email to us , and this email is stored in the new table i created . Then other user come and he filled the email with [email protected] , we need to show “sorry , you already send email .”
