New table per Multisite Blog?

Is there a way to have the db-config.php setup a new table when a new blog is created on multisite?

I know I can do this sort-of manually, but if there is any code that can be added, to create a new table, and then use it for that new site, that would be very helpful.

Or even just some PHP that tells the db-config to use a table for each blog, that has its blog ID as the name?
