New tags assume no language

Hi there!

When a new post is created, and the post author assigns some new tags on this post, these tags assumes no language.

So these tags does not shows up into the tag cloud. Also, when I click the tag link to view its index on frontend, no posts are shown.

I need to edit tag by tag to set them to default language.

Obs.: This site has 2 languages for the pages, but only one language for the blog posts.
