New Team Ruined this Plugin

  • This plugin has become a facsimile of Yoast — and a bad copy at that. The streamlined user experience was just dumped for confusing and clunky. There’s no reason for the plugin author to move from a streamlined UX to something that looks and behaves like Yoast. The author just gave a big cold shoulder to their core user base. After 10 years, it’s time to move on.

  • Our programmer is now going to try to roll out his own SEO plugin he is currently writing to our 300+ sites. That’s how bad this new version is! It will probably be released on the WordPress repository too at some point.
