New templates are not saving correctly?

Hi. I wrote directly into your support and only got one response asking what version of the plugin I am using. All plugins and themes are update to including this one. I have been waiting for a response for two weeks so hoping maybe this is a better channel to get help?
The issue is that when I try to make a new template and hit save it does not save what I just created. It only saves the last field I create and deletes all other fields?
