New Testimonial not showing on home page

    I have added a new testimonial to my home page – I imported the demo page of Sydney template and was working from that. The two testimonials I originally put in show, but new additions do not get added into the main page. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. The box for pages, posts, services and testimonials is checked in the site origin page builder area. I tried importing the demo site again in an attempt to reset any settings that I had inadvertently changed but it did not make any difference. Sorry if this is not clear – I am a relative newbie to this work. Browser Safari.
    I have also checked in Chrome but it makes no difference.
    Thank you for any assistance you can give.

  • Hello there,

    Ensure you new testimonial items are publicly published. This option can be found the Publish box in the editing panel.

    Thanks Kharis but that didn’t fix it.. they were already public.
    However I have managed to do a work around by loading the template on a clean site and simply comparing what was wrong with the one I wanted to have done properly. I do’t know what I did wrong but I suspect it was something to do with changing on revert to editor. Anyway it is fixed.
    I have another question but will open a different thread. Thanks very much!
