New Theme Directory – Integrated Latest and Updated Themes

I just noticed that the new theme directory, has integrated the “Updated” themes into the “Latest” themes filter. When someone comes to check out the latest (meaning new) themes, they are finding many are older themes that have been updated.

Was this intentionally made to function this way with the new setup or was it missed some how?

I also noticed theme details no longer has the theme’s URL for people who may want to ready more about the theme.
