New ticket email do not send to the agents email addrss

Hello Support,
I implemented your plugin to my site. I tested it. Creating an dummy account for client and implementing accounts for support agents. I created a ticket using the dummy account for client and I received an email confirmation that my ticket was successfully created – https://prntscr.com/lk20jg. However, on the agent side I did not received any email about the new ticket created, no notification had been sent to the agent side. I would like to ask help for this issue.
