    Hello,

    In my website when client send a new ticket i need to add one more mail recipient to Email Notification.

    1 is for client and i need 2 (same content) to service & to office.
    Is it possible via some php code to add new recipient to this email notification?

    Would you be able to help me with this?

    Hi:

    There is a filter called wpas_email_notifications_email that can be used for add CCs.

    I could use some similar assistance. I do not receive an email when a user has submitted a ticket. A ticket shows up on the back-end but unless I’m in there working on things I do not see it. If you could provide a simple way to make that happen I’d appreciate it (I am not a programmer but learn things pretty well).

    Could you please provide information on how to use wpas_email_notifications_email filter for add CCs (added with a wpas custom field) since I can’t find any documentation.
