New ticket notification

Hi,
I am using SupportCandy, and I am wondering if your plugin have this option:1- A small (usually colored background and a number inside) disk next to “Support” menu in admin Dashboard or top header for notifying dynamically (live) admin to have new tickets.
https://i.postimg.cc/nzDSVy78/Capture3.jpgSince if it is not available in your plugin, then the admin always has to refresh admin dashboard to see if there are any new tickets from clients.
2- Is there any option to show the counter, I meant it show how many tickets (or solved ticket) a specific user sent, so the admin can see that number. I ask this since in some service plans, the number of tickets a customer can ask is limited to specific number, and a he/she has to pay if he/she needs more than that number of supports.
