new tickets just keeps loading

  • Hello, i’ve tried this plugin but whenever i try to create any new tickets it just keeps loading

    If you are using theme integration setting it may be conflicting with your theme or another plugin.

    To identify this, please deactivate plugins one by one and check if the issue exists.

    If the issue stops after disabling a plugin, the conflict is there. Let us know how you go.

    You can also use our Stand-Alone interface for your support page. In version series 9x you can choose to Integrate or have Stand-Alone interface for your support page. In the Support Plus > General Settings > Theme Integration > Select No.
