New to self-hosted; question re feeds

I didn’t have this problem on wordpress.com but now with a self-hosted blog on dreamhost I am unable to let my subscribers know of new posts. Before they would get an automatic and immediate email notification. I have set up feedburner and it seemed to work for one day but now nothing is going out. Is Feedburner set up as daily digest? I would like to be able to notify as posts are published. https://www.hundredsofhundreds.com
