New to the 404 301 plugin

  • I just changed this page’s slug and I’m assuming this means that it won’t be found anymore. I did that with another page yesterday as well. I’m doing this to improve the SEO. What happens now? Will people or google get a page not found error? How do I make it so that the old traffic is redirected to the new slug?

    Please help me with easy to understand terms. I’m new to the computer world
