Per your other thread (which was closed), you can install themes directly from your Dashboard:

Thank you for your prompt responsiveness and patience as I learn how to use this forum properly.

No problem at at all ?? . It just works better to keep things in one thread – so people helping out know what’s already been tried/said on a particular person/question.

(And BTW, WP does get easier once you get a few things figured out! You might also look for videos on YouTube as there are many good ones on using WordPress.)
