New to wordpress

  • Is there anybody else frustrated with wordpress?

    I am fairly new to wordpress but not to using computers and internet. I’ve been trying to figure out wordpress for couple of weeks now. What is www.ads-software.com/wrodpress.com/wordpress buddy? why so many? what are each of these individual websites? what are the differences? And, which one should I go to?

    Worst of all is that there is no clue of a customer service!!
    I’m trying to add a Aweber html on my website and Awber customer service (which is the best) just told me that my account with wordpress is a free account and that is why it is not working. But I paid $99 to wordpress for one of their bundles? WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!

    And now that I am trying to find out the differences between bundles I can’t find the proper page that indicates the bundles because there is a wordpress.com/.org/.buddy and etc.

    Some one please rescue me!

    Have you reviewed https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ ?
    And there’s no such thing as WordPress Buddy. Are you perhaps referring to BuddyPress?

    WordPress is free software and this free, volunteer-staffed forum is the only support resource available via www.ads-software.com. If this is not suitable for your needs, perhaps you need to consider hiring someone to carry out the work for you?

    Then I assume you have a wordpress.com blog, yes? In which case, you are in the wrong place.These forums are for self-hosted WordPress sites only. You should try asking your question on https://en.forums.wordpress.com/
