New to WordPress and am Having Minor Issues

I am very new to WordPress and this is my first time working with HTML so I have been doing a lot of googling and I don’t know a lot of terminology so if all explanations were as simple as possible that would be fantastic!

I have two different issues I am dealing with. The first being that it appears that the webpage opens with a font and takes a while to load the proper one, a good example of what I am talking about can be seen at our blog.

The next issue has to do with the Simplr User Registration plug-in I have added. At the registration page only the last two texts boxes for the password show up. You cannot see the other text boxes but you can still type in them. Any help would be appreciated.
