New to WordPress, looking for guidance

Hello,

I’m looking into developing a web site based on a responsive WordPress template which also includes shopping cart. This appears to be a pretty quick way to produce a quality site without needing a full time professional to do the work.

Can anyone recommended sources for template vendors who actually provide support? I’m okay if it is paid support. Also I’m interested in opinions about sources for responsive templates with shopping carts.
