New to wordpress… Need a plugin

Hi!
I’m new to wordpress, I searched a lot into the plugin directory, but I didn’t find what I need.

I need a simple plugin that allows me to make a “list of something”, that is a photo and a description, but I also need a search box on the top of the page that helps to find the item.

How can I do it? Is there some plugin to help me with it?
