New to wordpress…need some help

Hi Guys,

I’m a newbie to wordpress and i’ve recently set up https://www.seoflow.co.uk I’ve added a new theme (summerfruit) and also a few pages.

How do I go about making the pages (contact us, about us etc…) look like normal pages (e.g. no dates of posts, links to comments etc…) whilst keeping the blog page as normal?

Also on my home computer I can access the site by typing in https://www.seoflow.co.uk into the address bar however on my computer in work i can only access the site by https://seoflow.co.uk. Is there a way to redirect non www to www in the control panel to avoid duplicate content penalties in Google.

Also if you could let me know if you can access the site by typing in https://www.seoflow.co.uk or https://seoflow.co.uk
