    Cannot access or edit existing docs anymore. Same issue when creating new docs. Get message:

    Not Found

    The requested URL was not found on this server.

    I have a similar issue. Docs created by the previous version aren’t visible after upgrading to a new version.

    Thanks for your query. We have introduced the new UI to our weDocs plugin. That is why the plugin will need a database update.

    Please update your database. You will see a popup window as shown in this screenshot. Just run the updater. You will find the available docs again.

    Yes, I updated the database when I saw the new update, but the issue persists unfortunately.

    Hi @bguerrero12,

    The database update should fix the issue as other users got fixed immediately after running the database updater.

    There might be some other issue like the browser/server caching issue that is still showing the previous data. Please try clearing the browser cache with a different browser. If possible change the device and try again.

    hi

    I’m having trouble editing and creating a new document. When I try to edit I get the message “You tried to edit an item that does not exist. Maybe it was deleted?” However, I didn’t delete my document, the curious thing is that when I click on “View on Web” my document opens for viewing.

    I have already updated the database as suggested in previous posts, but the problem persists. I tried to contact support twice and did not receive a response, I sincerely ask you to help me with this problem. Thank you in advance for your attention.
