• Hello,

I ran the update on the plugin that came out today and quickly realized it was causing my site to hang up and run really slow. I disabled the plugin and things went back to normal, re-enabled it and it slowed things down again. So I have it disabled at the moment. Really like this plugin, but obviously cannot run it at the moment.

Let me know if you have any questions or need me to do anything to help figure out the issue.

    Thanks!

    Sorry to hear that Kurthohberger.

Can you provide your website URL please? Also were you able to do any diagnostic on what was causing the slow speed?

Also -did you try to delete cache (if you are using a caching plugin)? That may be causing some problems?

    Hello,

    it’s https://bmxunion.com .

I didn’t run any sort of diagnostics other than disabling / enabling the plugin to confirm it was causing the issue, but I just re-enabled the plugin and am currently running the P3 Plugin Profiler.

The P3 profiler came back and the plugin is taking up more time than Jetpack to load.

I see you are using Rocket Loader from Cloudflare – not sure if that is causing the problem in loading the javascripts. Can you try to disable rocket loader from cloudflare and see if things become better?

Disabled Rocket Loader and then enabled the plugin (after clearing the cache) and it’s still hanging up.

I’ve re-enabled Rocket Loaded and disabled BestAzon.

Hmnn.. sorry to hear that. We’ll investigate further.

The plugin is working fine on other sites after update, so hopefully its an isolated issue caused by specific configuration on your site.

We will monitor the performance closely over next few days and will resolve the issue if its widespread. As of now we haven;t heard any other site facing this problem since update (and hopefully it stays that way ?? )
