New update has broken my website.

  • Hey,
    I recently updated your theme to the latest version and now I am facing a huge amount of issues.

    1. The entire lessons area looks horrendous on a mobile device, the earlier version was also optimized for phones, but this one isn’t

    2. The default video player doesn’t show the intro video.

    3. there now happens to be a gap between the header and page content

    4. Quizzes now show that there is an internal WordPress error which wasn’t present in the previous version

    5. I need to scroll sideways on a phone to view the website.

    6.There is a huge gap over Here

    7. The lesson page where we view videos, do quizzes looks so stuffy and now adding attachments is a huge headache because now we also have a tab for overview which wasn’t present earlier.

    8. And what on earth are exercise files, and how can i remove this tab.

    9. The website is not mobile friendly

    10. How do I remove ‘Free’ and ‘access this course’ from the lesson page. On this page

    I will appreciate it if the issues could be fixed at once.

    I am very sorry for the issue. Can you please tell me which theme you are using and also did you override Tutor LMS templates. If you override Tutor templates, then you need to update those templates. Also, you can check your website with a different theme.

    @largbasket I am using the Tutor starter theme, and I haven’t overridden any templates

    I’m also facing issues after last update. Site has critical errors. Changed the configuration and buttons. I’m using the edumall theme made for the tutor. But I added other themes and some errors remain.

    There are visible layout issues, especially on the mobile version. Some boxes are larger than the width of the page. All the issues happened after the last update.
