    Hi,

Since the last update all Media files cannot be viewed in grid mode. Disabling this plugin restors Media Files.

I have not checked on the other bugs reported by other users in this forum.

I also noticed that the last update, 2 days ago, is not compatable with the current version of WordPress.

Please let us know what you suggest or if an ETA on the next update.

    Thanks

  • Hi

We have checked the issue but this is not reproducing. Can you please send me the Screen recording so we can reproduce this.

I am experiencing the same thing. 1500+ images, but only 250 show up in grid mode. And all Avatar images previously set are no longer visible.

Rolling back to version 1.0 fixes all problems, so new version is buggy.

This is a client site, so how can I send you a Loom link that is not publicly visible?

Hi, we have the same problem here.

Is that because of the function wpb_show_current_user_attachments in the php-file?:
    \wp-user-profile-avatar\wp-user-profile-avatar-functions.php

Maybe this should be optional? ??

I tested it on several different WordPress sites, and when I updated the Plugin from v1.0 to v1.0.1, the Media Library did not display any media in the Grid view, only “No media items found”.
When you deactivate the Plugin, it works again.

I also discovered that it only occurs when updating the Plugin from v1.0 to v1.0.1. When installing the Plugin on a fresh WordPress website that never had the Plugin installed, the problem does not occur. Thus, uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin also works but all the settings are gone then.

    Hello,

Could you please open a ticket in our support console, so that we can analyze the issue.

    Regards,
    Jathin.
