Prompted me to update my weDocs database so I did thinking this would fix it. Issue remains where If I try to edit an existing or newly created doc, cannot access either one and get this message:

    Not Found

The requested URL was not found on this server.

  • I have the same issue. After updating to weDocs 2.0.2, my articles / sections lead to “Page not Found” when I try to edit them.

I have noticed that changing to the Classic UI (bottom of the doc page), I can still edit my documents. When I try to open an article with the classic UI, the URL fetched is (with an example project):

    …/project_name/wp-admin/post.php?post=819&action=edit

However, using the new UI, the URL lacks “project_name” and is instead

    …./wp-admin/post.php?post=819&action=edit

    Hi?@bguerrero12,?@vglizard,

Thanks for your query. We have introduced the new UI to our weDocs plugin. That is why the plugin will need a database update.

Please update your database. You will see a popup window as shown in this screenshot. Just run the updater. You will find the available docs again.
    Thank you.

    Hello @anowerhossain16,

Thank you for the suggestion, but I already updated the database after updating the plugin, the issue still persists.

    Hi?@anowerhossain16,

Yes, I updated the database when I saw the new update, but the issue persists unfortunately.

    @vglizard @anowerhossain16

I wonder if it has anything to do with the current WordPress version I am running.

I am on v6.4.1 and notice the weDocs plugin page says it is only compatible up to v6.3.2, as it has not been tested on anything higher than that.

@bguerrero12 unfortunately it does not. I downgraded my WordPress to 3.6.2 and still had the same issue.

I also checked if other plugins or the theme I’m using are the problem, but nothing worked.

Can you change the Docs Home under General Settings? In my case the field is filled with ‘Loading…’ and I can’t input anything…

Also, support couldn’t reproduce the issue and since my site is still being developed locally, they could not find the issue. If your site is online consider sharing it, that might help find the issue!
