    It was perfect before, why all these changes!?
    I assume all is started from version 9.0.0. Suddenly nothing works anymore!!

    Could you please let me know the last version before the major changes? So I may rollback!?

    As an everyday user of your plugin, I would prefer the older version with maybe some bug fixing or minor improvement.

    I used a rollback plugin. Seems Ok with V.8.2.0!

    With the new updates: I could not see the online visitors from the back-end and visitors could not see the chat button from the front-end!

    After installing the latest update 9.5, the configuration window is blank and the user, when trying to send a message, is left with the loading message and the chat does not appear to write the problem.

    We’re looking into this. This issue doesn’t happen for everyone. We’ve identified under which conditions this happens and we’re fixing this. Is your site behind something like cloudflare?

    We’ve found some issues related to cloudflare’s caching options. We are investigating the cause and we’re hoping to have a fix or workaround soon.

    We’ll let you know once we have an update on this.

    Hi Guys,

    I noticed that on the pages that my cache plugin “WP Fastest Cache” is disabled, the users can see the chat icon to start a chat!

    So it may be some conflict with the “WP Fastest Cache”?

    Hi there,

    When your cache is enabled, your site will always server users a cached/old version of your site. This is the reason why your site is not showing people the chat icon.

    This should be easy to fix by going to your WP Fastest Cache plugin and adding an exclusion rule.
    WP Fastest Cache > Exclude > Exclude Pages > IS EQUAL TO:
    https://mysite.3cx.net/wp-content/plugins/wp-live-chat-support/
    https://wmdev.3cx.net:9002/wp-includes/js/wp-embed.min.js

    Try this and let us know.

    It would be great!
    But I did not understand what should I put for the URL!
    Exclude page URL should be equal to “https://www.mywebsite.com/??“. What should I put instead of the question marks?

    And nothing should be excluded from JS?

    The strange thing is that I had not this problem before the new updates. And for a long time, I was using your plugin beside WP Fast Cache!
