new user added but still cant post

    I added a new user to my self-hosted site and she is getting an error message. what needs to be done next

  • What level of user did you create?

    Did you receive a confirmation email upon creating the user, and did they receive an email from the site? Is she receiving the error now when trying to log in, and if so, what’s the error message? If that’s not the case, what kind of error is she receiving?
