New user can’t access account after support fixed Jetpack

I see that WordPress.com support sent you a link on Monday which would allow you to change your password directly without having to receive a separate email.

Can you check any spam or bulk folders you may have in your email account for this message. You may also want to search for emails sent from WordPress.com.

So glad to chat with someone. Here’s what I’m seeing in my email. I received nothing on January 17th (Monday). I also checked SPAM, All Mail, and trash.

BTW I forgot to include my Activation ID on the website support ticket. I won’t include it here but I can send to you or anything ASAP. Hmmm, I still don’t see anything. I spoke with my domain registrar, and they think maybe the MX records changed when I updated my DNS name servers to NS1.wordpress.com

Perhaps you can email me at my Gmail?

Wordpress Support just replied back to me that they changed my account’s email address. Thanks so much! They said that yes my MX Records had an error, so that’s why I was locked out.
