new user notification does not send email

  • Currently we are using better notifications together with gravity forms user registration addon.
    While activating a user via gravity forms i get the following error:

    “Notice: wp_new_user_notification werd aangeroepen met een argument dat verouderd is sinds versie 4.3.1, zonder beschikbaar alternatief.
    in ../staging/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3739″

    When i disable better notifications plugin, the mailing functionality works fine.

    I noticed that since wordpress 4.3.1 the arguments of wp_new_user_notification have changed.

    Do you have a solution for this problem?

    Thanks for your message.

    BNFW is using the latest arguments in the latest version of WordPress.

    Can you confirm that your copy of Gravity Forms and the User Registration Add-on are up-to-date and also fully support the changes to the wp_new_user_notification() function in 4.3.1?
