    Hi

    I was hoping you could help. Ive installed this plugin and am searching for “iphone x lcd”

    Im getting a completely different result when searching on the website as compared to when searching from a mobile device. You can test this on the site using the inspector built into the browser if you search for the term “iphone x lcd”. On mobile its showing me 2128 results found, whilst on a pc only 8 results.

    Im using Betheme and I noticed from your plugin changelog that you now support this theme so maybe you could help?

    I think the plugin seems to have replaced the search bar on the site but not the mobile version of the search bar it seems, please can you advise how I can fix this?

    Hello,

    Yes, the problem is that on mobile devices you still have the default search form, not the AWS plugin form.

    Please tell me how you add plugin search form on your pages? Do you use the ‘Seamless integration’ option or some other solution?

    Hi,

    Yes you’re right, im using the seamless integration option as ON at the moment, so how can i replace the search bar in the mobile version also?

    Hi,

    Looks like I found a solution. Please wait till Monday – I released a new plugin version with a fix for this.

    Thank you for such a quick fix, ive just updated it and confirms it works brilliantly!

    just another thing, which file needs to be edited if we want to replace the main search bar in betheme header and the mobile search bar as I am working on some customisation so may need to integrate this search bar directly in the theme files.

    Also one more thing on my website the search bar appears in the header like on the left can you help me to make it so it fits right across the center of the websites heade?

    So to center your search form please use following css:

    .header-shop #Top_bar .top_bar_right .top-bar-right-input {
justify-content: center;
}

    Thanks for resolving the issues quickly. Ive got a question about search results sorting. Across the site all pages by default are sorting results by “latest product” but when we search the results dont follow the default sorting rules, how can we configure this?

    Well when you are using AWS plugin to search products it sorts the results in relevance order depending on your search queries. This helps to show the products with the best search query match at the first place.

    If you want to change the results ordering – it is also possible. Just check this article for examples.
