The email that is sent out is controlled by WordPress core and cannot be edited through EDD.

You could probably edit it through this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-better-emails/

Thank you for the help. Editing pluggable.php in core WP worked better in this case but yes a plugin is a better suggestion as that will not break in WP updates.
