New user registration not coming thru

This may not be a solution to your problem, but to prevent losing registrations you could install Contact Form DB. This way, all gets saved in the database.

Have you tried whether or not other emails can be sent from your website?

To solve email problems Postman SMTP may also be helpful. I didn’t try it yet, but I would if I experienced something like this.
