New user registration Notification

  • Hello team,

    There were around 11 new user registrations today. But I got the notification only for 3 new user registrations.

    Please let me know what should I do in order to receive notifications. I have added users just today.

  • Hey,
    The theme doesn’t control user registrations or the notifications for it. That’s part of wordpress. If you believe emails are not going through I suggest contacting your host so they can do a trace and see what the issue is.
