New user registrations without webform?

Hello, I was working on putting up a new blog, but since it’s still a work in progress I haven’t provided the link to anyone:

I started getting new user registrations, and I’m trying to understand how that could be happening since I haven’t put up a webform yet.

Is this happening because of spam or bots?
