New user role cannot access member and user pages

    Member and Admin have normal access to UM member directory and user (profile) in site running Oria thema. We created a new role Bestuur, with identical settings as Member. For some reason that role has no access to UM member directory and user (profile) pages. We tried to sync this new rol with Member, but it does not help. We have updated to the most recent UM version, but it does not help. Does anybody have a brilliant idea? Thanks.

    Do you have any other membership or access restriction plugin installed?
    Please check Ultimate member custom access dashboard on the Members page in Pages section and see if your new user role can access this page.

    Further to this topic which has been quickly solved thanks to your help: why can admin not seen the Ultimate Member custom access dashboard on the Members and othe pages? Only super-admin see this. Is there a way to change that? Thanks for your reactions and suggestions.
