New users – accept by admin ?

    Hi,
    I was wondering if its possible somewhere in the settings to allow everybody to registre on my site as new users BUT i (admin) wants to be able to accept/deny every users req.
    Is this possible and if so – how can i do that ?
    thank you for any answers / help with this ??
