• Your plugin works perfectly for my website.
I have 1 problem: new users can register. After a succesfull registration the users gets an e-mail (with an activation link) that he needs to follow.

THe link looks somehting like this: mysite/activate/12348531223218

as soon as a user follow the “activate” link, he gets an error/is redirected to the login page.

how can i allow the user to access this extra page and complete registration?

    thanks in advance

Hello! Is it wordpress ot byddypress? Do you use some custom activation?
Native wordpress activation links should have “wp-activate.php” in it…

My activate links look like this too?– i.e no wp-activate.php

And so the link user just gets redirected to login page

this is a standard setup buddypress no custom activation

Any suggestion of a way to get around this?

    Thanks!

I am having this exact same problem. i want to use this plug in because I wanted to make people register/log in to see my site but it blocks the activation.

A person fills out the sign up.
    they get an activation link
but Registered Users Only 2 blocks the link so they can not finish the activation.

I am using buddypress and everything else is wonderful but i really want the site to be completely private. I am doing a crowdfunding campaign and the only person I want to have access to things on the site are people who contribute to the campaign.
