New Users cant login

    Hi,

    When a new user fills the registeration form and presses the register button, he gets the following error: <strong>ERROR</strong>: reCAPTHCA verification failed.<br /><br />Please try again.

    I am also attaching the image with the form. Can you please help?

  • I tried your page and I am pretty sure it is not Cache problem

    i would suggest checking with the author of your form plugin

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    em , please try disable all the JS options , and also the Lolicazation , purge all , see how it goes

    is it always or easily reproducible ?

    if so , please try the default setting first, you can reset it in toolbox -> import/export
