    Hello,

1st time users are having issues with the anchors on their current page. On the 1st click of a sub menu the user overshoots the anchor. Subsequent clicks on the sub menu go to the correct place on the page. Can you please tell me what setting might be causing this issue? This occurs on all pages for 1st time visitors.

    Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @mcofficeadmin,

I am not able to recreate the issue on my end as I tested it on three different browsers (Firefox, Chrome and Safari). Nevertheless, can you please provide more information about the issue and how our plugin interacts with the page/website. Have you tested different optimization features on the page, is there a particular one that causes the issue, is there more information on how to recreate it consistently?

    Best Regards,

    Hello Simoen,

Thank you for your reply. I turned off the plugin and it had stopped, but then other issues came up so I turned it back on. Now it seems to be working.

Will record it if it happens again.

    Thanks!
