New v5 plugin features

The v5 is now ready, here are the improvements :

Free version :

• Changed some settings pages (3 tabs instead of 4 previously): Source (Image Banks), Gutenberg Block and Automatic.
• Added multiple sources for automatic generation: you can now select multiple Banks and set priorities instead of selecting only one source.
• New Gutenberg block to manually add images from multiple Image Banks see https://ps.w.org/magic-post-thumbnail/trunk/screenshot-2.png . Limited to 6 images per image bank for the free version.
• Button for featured Image to select manually images from multiple Image Banks (working with Gutenberg Block). See https://ps.w.org/magic-post-thumbnail/trunk/screenshot-7.png
• New Dall-e v3 source. From what I’ve tested, it works quite well ! But you have to wait a bit for generation (about 30 seconds). A message has been added when Dall-e is selected for generation, explaining that you have to wait.
• Small changes to settings, such as the API tester to check API key validity.
• Removed Shutterstock and Getty Images sources, not very useful. They were watermark images and I don’t think anyone used them.

Pro version :

• More images for each Gutenberg block source (limits are according API, for example 200 for Pixabay).
