New variation of Pharma Hack?

I designed the site at https://www.vetergy.com earlier this year and got a call from the company owner yesterday afternoon stating that there was a link to Cialis showing up right under the logo in the main header of the site. I have been on the phone with our hosting company and they informed me that this was due to a breach in WordPress.

The funny thing is that I am not currently seeing the link on my computer, but my client is seeing it on his. I do see the link on my mobile phone.

I have researched how to fix the “Pharma Hack” but everything seems to be from a couple of years ago. Does anyone know how to walk me through fixing this current issue?
