Finally came around to updating this plugin from the 2 to the latest 3 version (should have read the forums first I guess as I’m not a fan yet of it at the moment).

When writing my posts and importing images I always use the WordPress functionality to resize the images. So I do the following steps:

    1. Create new post
    2. Press Add Media
    3. Upload the images
    4. Select the image I want to edit
    5. Press Edit image
    6. Type in the horizontal size I want (vertical size is automatically adjusted)
    7. Press Scale

And then I’m able to use the image. After updating the Yoast plugin this suddenly doesn’t work anymore. At step 6 when I type in the horizontal size (or vertical) the other field changes into “NaN” instead of the newly calculated vertical size. I disabled the Yoast plugin and tried again and then it worked. I’ve also tested it on the media import page (so not while editing a post) and there it works fine.

So the plugin has had impact on that functionality in the new post screen. Can this be fixed?
