New version and translation proposal (1.3.6)

I use your plugin for a long time, and I’d like to propose a french translation and some small fixes.
Changelog:
= 1.3.6 =
* Add french translation
* Fix special characters not displayed correctly
* Add div around events list (for CSS customization)
* Add “There are no events to display translation”I’ve uploaded the new release (1.3.6) to my google drive.
Can you review and merge my changes in the trunk please?
