New version doesn't run

  • Hi,
    I have downloaded the latest version of the plugin and it wont run because I don’t have the correct version of PHP I get this error message:

    Plugin “Testimonials by Aihrus” has been deactivated as it requires PHP 5.3.0 or newer. You’re running PHP 5.2.17. Once corrected, “Testimonials by Aihrus” can be activated. More information.

    I have tried downloading earlier versions and installing them by uploading the zip file….however they fail to upload.

    Please can you help as I am keen to get this feature reworking on my site.

    Delete your current testimonials plugin before attempting to upload another.

    Having the same problem with the new version 2.18.2 it doesn’t work.

    This is the first time I have installed this plugin so I have no older one to remove. When I activate it, it says that activation is successful but nothing happens. Nothing. There is no evidence that it is active and when I go back to installed plugins, it still gives me the option to activate it. So I click activate again and it says activation was successful but nothing. I deleted, re-installed, but always the same result.
