New Version Issue

I updated this plugin to the latest version today on a multisite install and it’s not working. When you try to locate published reviews, it hides the page/sidebar hosting the review form and only makes the review area visible. However, published reviews are gone, but when you click to write a review the previously published reviews appear in an HTML format within a post form. Very weird. Tried grabbing an older version to see if in fact this is the issue but it’s not available in the repository.
