New version issue

  • Hello
    I have updated the plugin and than the brands page looks different (like broken) and there is a critical error.
    Can you please take a look? My site is very active.

    I guess it’s a global issue, I have the same problem. I downgraded the plugin, in order for the site to work properly, until they fix it with a new update.

    You can download the previous version from here:
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/brands-for-woocommerce/advanced/
    (select the 5.2.2 from the dropdown at the bottom of the page)

    Then istall it in your WordPress (mine totally crashed because of the new update, so I had to upload it manually).

    Hi @ibd2004,

    Downgrading is a temporary solution. We are planning to add a lot of new features to this plugin. It is better to find and fix the issue.

    You said “and there is a critical error”. Could you please copy error text and provide it here?

    When site crashes there should be errors logged. Could you please check the PHP errors log in your hosting cpanel?

    I have already downgrade as my site is very active and i can’t allow it to be broken. It was a regular WP error saying that was critical error.
