New version = mass confusion over 'configuration errors'

I really like the new security patch in Contact Form 7, but the ramifications and confusion by clients who use CF7 on their sites is significant. Forms work for us, and work well, but once we update the plugin, all our client sites on CF7 assume something is broken and it is not. We try to keep the user’s name and email as the ‘reply-to’ address so we can contact them directly, but the changes to the plugin now make that look incorrect.

Can you add a patch to allow us WP admin to hide the warning once CF7 is updated? Clients don’t like red copy that things are wrong on their sites.
