New version of PRO broke my site

  • I have sent you 3 support tickets with NO response. The newest version of PRO broke my site to the point of the white screen of death. I disabled the plugin via FTP. However since my ENTIRE site was built with the PRO version and I cannot download the previous version I had which was 2.5.10 of PRO, my site looks HORRIBLE.

    I have asked several times to be sent version 2.5.10 of PRO. I am a paying customer. This is ridiculous. And also this is the SECOND time an elementor update has broken my site. FYI I am also using the Elementor theme.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
