New Version screws up all Carousel Background Images!!

After upgrading to the new version all the Carousel background images are screwed up!!! They are zooming in and no matter if I reduce/enlarge/pad the image…it zooms in and messes it up.

Before I (and EVERYONE) go crazy finding a workaround and then modifying every carousel image…the program has changed the way the carousel displays images and this is a bug and it should be fixed. Do you really want every user to have to do all that work and then…you fix it (or return it to previous functionality) in the next release and every user has to redo everything!!

Please advise! My site looks like crap!!
