New version update – how?

    I bought Flow Flow a long time ago and never used it really,. Would now like to.
    Doesnt it update automatically in WP? How do I get v 2.10 (mine is 2.4.1) Do I have to pay for updates (I have a licence)> And v3.0
    Please explain before I spend time on this!
