New version wp crowdfunding 2.2.11 issue

wp crowdfunding plug update to 2.1.11 in update created issues.

messed up my crowdfunding form now it’s not recognizing my second reward and also skewed the form .

I don’t get it. It’s not recognizing the pro version installed as well

how do I fix this
